COL (R) Ray Wojcik
Colonel (Retired) Ray Wojcik is the Director, Center for European Policy Analysis, Warsaw
During his military career, Ray served in numerous Command, Staff, Army, Joint assignments in Europe and the United States culminating as Army Attaché, to the Republic of Poland. He has been at the center of many significant contributions enhancing U.S. and regional security, assisting allies and partners to increase defense capacities, capabilities and interoperability. Ray is co-author of “Unfinished Business,” a CEPA report which makes the case for Permanent Presence of U.S. Forces in Poland.
