Suzana Grubjesic is currently engaged as consultant in the Center for Foreign Policy. She was Secretary General of the European Movement in Serbia. Prior to that she was Special Adviser in European Integration to the Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications. Before that she was Senior Fellow at the Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development. She was previously Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration in the Government of Serbia. Prior to that she was Member of Serbian Parliament for 8 consecutive years, holding positions of Head of Parliamentary Group, Head of Committee for European Integration, and member of Committees for Foreign Affairs and Budget/Finance. During her tenure in Serbian Parliament, she was also Head of Serbian delegation to the OSCE PA and member of Foreign Policy Council with Serbia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She holds a M.A. degree in international relations from Belgrade University. She attended the first post-graduate EU studies in Belgrade at the Faculty of Political Science. Additionally, she was a visiting fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, DC. She has made contributions to numerous international conferences in Serbia and abroad, as well as position papers, policy briefs and op-eds.
